  I've been there five or six times and each experience has been excellent.
  
  If you want a meat-like vegan experience, then I think you'll love this place too.
  
  I find myself going there weekly, recently.
  
  It's great to have my expectations met or exceeded so often.
  
  My favorite so far is the vegan "fish" with mac & cheez with collared greens.

  Out of this world!
  I've been wanting to make it to Vegan International for months now! When I walked in I was so happy to see the amount of customers inside enjoing food from their vast menu.
  Upon walking in my daughter and I were greeted like old best fiends that have been away for some time, it was very welcoming. The cashier knew the menu and ingredients and gave us great recommendations. I tried the chopped cheese sub ($11.99) with Mac ($2.99 up-charge) and ketchup on top and my daughter had 2 pizza empanadas ($2.99each), both were delish! The sub roll was soft and fresh while the homemade Mac was cheesy and prefect, they used impossible meat for the filling and this was by far the best sub I've had in a very long time.  The pizza empanada was filled with vegan cheese, sauce and a vegan sausage meat mixture that had a good amount of spice and seasoning, it tasted like a meat lovers pizza would.
  We took home 2 Gaia donuts, s'mores and chocolate raspberry 2/$5, and 2 Oopsy Daisy Puerto Rican desserts.
  
  I will be back for sure, I can't wait to see them again soon!

  This non-vegan is MAJORLY impressed! This has to be as close to a chicken drumstick in texture & taste as one can get! Kudos to the person who created the recipe (as well as the chef)! See pic.
  
  The $9.99 Protein Plate (one "meat" w/ two sides & a sauce) was excellent. Everything was perfectly cooked! Next time I'll try the meatballs; they come highly recommended.
  
  The $5.99 strawberry banana smoothie made w/ apple juice was a little too sour for me, but nevertheless very good. (On my next visit, I'll substitute the apple juice for coconut milk or another beverage).
  
  Today was the reopening of this restaurant after management took some time off to remodel. (There is a new service counter-- see pic.) The cashier was an adorable, very hyper, friendly young woman; she obviously loves her job, which is nice.
  
  I am so glad I stopped in. As someone who eats meat (but who is working hard to at least resist adorable cows) & who is now eating very healthy, I will definitely return. I couldn't be more impressed w/ my protein plate:) KUDOS all around!

  Short and simple the staff is super nice and the food is absolutely amazing!! I live almost an hour away from this establishment and I don't even care about making the drive. This place doesn't disappoint! The vegan Mac and cheese is the best I've ever had. I almost had to second guess myself as it didn't taste vegan at all! The vegan Gyro is positively delicious! The food was the best vegan food I've ever had! I am so happy to know there is a place that accommodates vegans completely. There is no guess work and no trying to modify a meal. Everything here is totally vegan! The establishment is quaint and comfortable. There are vegan grocery type items on shelves that can be purchased. The establishment is clean and very orderly. I will definitely be back here in the very near future. This is by far one of my favorite places to eat. Whether you are vegan or not vegan the food doesn't disappoint! Don't pass this place up!

  Simply wow! Amazing choices for the health conscious. Eco friendly. What more can I ask for? Can't wait to come back.
